Job Description
As a Sales Representative for Dompen products, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding the brand’s footprint in Albuquerque. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup atmosphere where your contributions directly impact the company’s growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- College Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to undergo required background checks
- Familiarity with Vaping and Cannabis Industries a Bonus
- Demonstrated Success in Meeting Sales Goals Consistently
- Takes Personal Responsibility for Actions and Results
- Adaptable to Changing Conditions
- Maintains an Optimistic Mindset
- Skilled in Task Prioritization
- Proficient in Time Management
- Strong Organizational and Data Management Skills
- Well-Versed in Networking Techniques
- Expertise in Visual Merchandising Execution
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with licensed dispensaries
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Analyze sales metrics and conduct market competition assessments
- Relay product insights to the leadership team when applicable
- Formulate and implement effective sales approaches
- Identify and secure new business ventures within assigned region
- Stay informed about policy updates and changes
- Launch and promote both existing and upcoming products successfully
- Utilize product demonstrations to boost sales across accounts
- Participate in events with retail partners
- Offer assistance to regional teams when required
- Manage product inventory effectively
- Resolve any issues related to customer accounts
- Craft innovative solutions to challenges
- Experienced in delivering sales pitches and presentations
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities
- Produce a comprehensive regional market review
- Excellent networking skills
- Willingness to travel as the job demands
- Uphold brand image and merchandising standards
- Regularly visit current and potential accounts
- Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership
- Report directly to management on sales metrics and market insights
