- The Plug is currently looking to hire a self-motivated floor sales team member with strong sales and customer service background
- Must be dependable, trainable, have reliable transportation and have a passion for the industry and products

- Customer service oriented, team players, and are reliable and dependable
- Have experience in the cannabis industry but not required
- Have an understanding of the sales industry and believes in the cannabis products
- Ability to learn and teach product details and benefits of cannabis and mushroom products
- Time: Part Time to Full Time = 20-30-40 hours per week
- Willing and physically able to work shifts on your feet ranging from 6hr-11hr days if needed

- Average Pay Rate: $22 – $30 per hour this is calculated using ($13per hour wage +tips +commissions)
Responsibilities
- Retail sales of Cannabis along with other health and wellness products
- SALES- Active PROSPECTING to customers in and around the store
- Stay up to date on cannabis information and guidelines
- Educate the public on cannabis and how it’s 100% legal with no med card needed
- Assist with keeping and maintaining a clean work environment
- Help maintain and follow ALL company’s guidelines and policies
- Attend weekly 1-hour sales team zoom call
- Report to the store manager on daily sales goals

Must be dependable, trainable, have reliable transportation and have a passion for the industry and products.
Able to work at both locations- South Town Mall (Sandy) and Vally Fair Mall (West Valley). As a retail store we are open 7-days a week on a rotating schedule with our employees. Business hours are per the mall schedule.
Responsibilities
Retail sales of Cannabis along with other health and wellness products.
SALES- Active PROSPECTING to customers in and around the store.
Stay up to date on cannabis information and guidelines.
Educate the public on cannabis and how it’s 100% legal with no med card needed.
