J and J enterprises is looking for grow help for our Pagosa Springs grow facility. The facility is comprised of an indoor grow, a 3000sf light dep greenhouse and three hoop houses . Responsibilities include Tending to plants , planting , pruning, transplanting, cloning, pest control, disease detection and prevention, harvesting , bucking and trimming. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, Pay attention to details, And have good problem-solving abilities. Must be organized, have good computer skills and be able to work independently.
