Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must have a current driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree or greater or equivalent work experience.
• Must have Sales Experience.
• Must feel comfortable using various computer software.
• Must be organized and extremely attentive to detail.
• Must have customer service background or experience.
• Must have flexibility with scheduling. Availability on weekends.
• Must be mobile and willing to work from any location within New Mexico.
• Must have a reliable vehicle or mode of transportation.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Experience with consumer promotions and field events a plus.

• Social media experience a plus

Performance Expectations

• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with loading / unloading and setting up promotional materials such as tables, tents, flags, merch, and accessories.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing over 20lbs.
• Approachable, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with a variety of different customers
• Open to working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed / as events arise.
• Must be reachable via phone / email.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main Duties and Focus:

o Advertise, market, and promote Urban Wellness and its current and future associated brands I.e. Urban Wellness, Frozin, etc.

§ Serve as a brand representative for Urban Wellness at many and all different types of events and occasions throughout New Mexico. To include but not limited to dispensaries, trade shows, concerts, happy hours, etc.

• Engaging with consumers, other dispensary operators, or vendors educating them on Urban Wellness products and brand story/ mission.
• Be able to answer any questions that our customers or clients may have.
• Directing customers to where they can purchase Urban Wellness products and accessories.

• Customer Service Focus

§ Implement the highest quality of customer service possible as you are in the position of a true representative of Urban Wellness.

§ Offer a customized customer service experience to each customer you interact with. You will be approached by many different personality types and will need to adapt your approach and customer service style.

§ Receptive to feedback or recommendations.

• Field Duties

o Transport all necessary materials to and from patient appreciation days / dispensary events on an as needed basis, which includes a table and branded swag items.

o Responsible for setting up / tearing down before and after the event.

o Manning the station throughout the event by educating / engaging with attendees as they interact with our activation.

o Ensuring the activation and surrounding area remains clean and organized through all events.

• Secondary Duties

o Assist with production needs in / around Urban Wellness branded events and activations, including transporting materials, assembly / tear down of activation materials.

o Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with event and sales operations-related tasks as needed, including compiling / sending shipments to non-local sales reps, printing / compiling printed sales assets, assembling VIP gift packages for events, etc.

AUTHORITY

The Ambassador has the authority to make recommendations to the Retail General Manager. The Administrative Assistant does not have any direct authority over any employees. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CEO and General Manager.
