Job Description

As a Sales Representative for Dompen products, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding the brand’s footprint in Albuquerque. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup atmosphere where your contributions directly impact the company’s growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to undergo required background checks
  • Familiarity with Vaping and Cannabis Industries a Bonus
  • Demonstrated Success in Meeting Sales Goals Consistently
  • Takes Personal Responsibility for Actions and Results
  • Adaptable to Changing Conditions
  • Maintains an Optimistic Mindset
  • Skilled in Task Prioritization
  • Proficient in Time Management
  • Strong Organizational and Data Management Skills
  • Well-Versed in Networking Techniques
  • Expertise in Visual Merchandising Execution
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with licensed dispensaries
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Analyze sales metrics and conduct market competition assessments
  • Relay product insights to the leadership team when applicable
  • Formulate and implement effective sales approaches
  • Identify and secure new business ventures within assigned region
  • Stay informed about policy updates and changes
  • Launch and promote both existing and upcoming products successfully
  • Utilize product demonstrations to boost sales across accounts
  • Participate in events with retail partners
  • Offer assistance to regional teams when required
  • Manage product inventory effectively
  • Resolve any issues related to customer accounts
  • Craft innovative solutions to challenges
  • Experienced in delivering sales pitches and presentations
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activities
  • Produce a comprehensive regional market review
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Willingness to travel as the job demands
  • Uphold brand image and merchandising standards
  • Regularly visit current and potential accounts
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership
  • Report directly to management on sales metrics and market insights
